It's so nice to have a website devoted to the beautiful and friendly Carrick-on-Suir. From my first visit at the age of 7 to the present day, Carrick-on-Suir has a special place in my affections.

Hello Carrick-on-Suir! Thank you for the beautiful website of the town my mother calls "home in the old country." She is 93 now and left "home" with the rest of the Banks family at the age of 12. The pictures on this website are priceless memories for her. Thank you!

I grew up in Carrick in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania USA. Heard it was named after this town. Looks like a great little town. Nice website!

Hello,
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Carrick-on-Suir while doing research on my ancestors Patrick Hayden and Bridget Sausse, who lived in Carrick-beg house in the 1800s.
I found it a lovely, hospitable town with great scenery and real character.
The people were really nice, and I will definitely return one day.
Carolyn.
